What to bring for your first visit
To save time and receive the fastest possible service, please prepare the following before your first visit.

- Health insurance card (if applicable): A valid health insurance card is required to access insurance benefits during your visit.
- Previous medical records: If you have pre-existing conditions or are undergoing ongoing treatment, bring your medical records, prescriptions and recent test results.
- Fasting (if required): Certain blood tests require fasting for 8–12 hours beforehand. Staff will inform you when booking if fasting is needed.

Ky Hoa Medical Center is a registered primary health insurance facility. Patients with a valid card registered here are entitled to full insurance benefits.
